Energy Star Building Certification– Our team will work with you to collect accurate building data and set up your Portfolio Manager to receive a benchmark score for your building.  If your building is in the upper 25^th percentile we then certify the air quality, thermal comfort, and light levels.  Sustaining Structures will complete all applications and paper work to ensure that you receive Energy Star recognition.
